Art is peace. Art is another form of meditation. Art is simple life. Art is ‘my sukoon’. Over the years, I have been a person who loves art more than any other thing in my life. This has given me the opportunity to pour out all my emotions, and in some cases feel lighter. I realized how painting helps me find my Sukoon.
So let me introduce you to the concept of how Ito makes peace with art, or art with peace. Every single soul in this world is running toward peace. And how do you get peace?
Did Painting Really Help Me
WOndering if I am just exaggerating my claim? There were times when I would feel very low. Just like the old saying which says, you will not understand the worth of something unless you try it yourself. Similarly, I stated painting as a means to overcome my depressing thoughts.
And the relaxation and the wide thoughts that would come into my head post the process have always been simply amazing. I enjoy the process so much that nowadays even when I am not feeling low, I spend time painting. It has become an addiction.
How Painting Helps Me Find My Sukoon
Sukoon just does not translate to Peace. It is an emotion. a feeling of feeling better, leaving all the rush of worldly thoughts behind. I would recommend everyone going through anxiety, depression, or any other thoughts to take up art. Also, art can be of any form – oil on canvas, water on canvas, watercolors, pencil art, sketching, or just any other form you want to do.
Do not look for perfection. It is just a matter of how you start, and what you do. And slowly you will fall deeply into this amazing and relaxed world of art. There is no better way to explain the feeling of having a perfect way to enjoy what you do that doing your own artwork.
Concluding Thoughts
As an artist, I would conclude by saying that there is no better thing than painting. It frees your mind from unwanted stress and helps you focus on the primary things.
